I recognize that every creator has different needs and expectations for how they work with Talent Agencies. I do my best to accommodate this by offering exclusive management and non-exclusive campaign by campaign management. Read below for more details and decide which path may be best for you.
WHAT MAKES THIS Agency DIFFERENT?
Many times I hear from creators that they feel like a number at their agencies. My goal is to ensure you feel you receive one on one attention and treatment. I am accessible via text, call and email. I have reliable and professional communication and my connections with brands in the industry extends far.
Management of your inbox- includes negotiation of all brand opportunities, travel opportunities and PR opportunities
Custom calendar via (Google or Asana) that will include your slated rough and live dates for content
Weekly phone call with me to provide updates, strategize about content and brainstorm new ways to grow (30/45 min)
If local to OC/LA attendance with you to events to strengthen brand relationship and help obtain paid campaigns
Feedback on contracts prior to signature
Referral to a legal representative who can fit within your budget if a contract becomes too complex
Exclusive Contract
With exclusive management the agency will receive the following commission of 15 percent up to $4,999 and 20 percent after that.
Fees
Campaign by Campaign basis management
Campaigns can be presented to Talent from Agency or Talent may bring opportunities to SE Agency for negotiation and help with execution
Feedback on contracts prior to signature
Referral to a legal representative who can fit within your budget if a contract becomes too complex
NOn-Exclusive Contract
Fees
The agency will receive 20 percent from all Campaigns executed
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
I have founded SE Agency as a unique way for creators to receive the one on one attention they deserve. I have been in Talent Management for over 6 years. I specialize in the skincare, beauty and lifestyle space, working with some of the top creators in the beauty space. I have a track record of negotiating brands campaigns for clients with professionalism and am well known by brands for being a reliable resource for talent. I have made a collective total of over six hundred thousand dollars for my clients.
